This episode has an introduction to the meditation podcast. It is both and introduction to what mindfulness is and what to expect in future episodes. The first meditation is an introductory approximately 10 minute meditation that you can use when starting out with meditation. There are some suggestions on questions to ask yourself as you use this meditation after the meditation itself.
